Our client, a large, commercial London law firm, are looking to recruit an LPC graduate to join their leading residential property team as a paralegal. The team deal with HNWIs and UHNWIs and it is essential that you have excellent communication and client skills as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative.
You will be trained to deal with the full residential transaction from instruction to completion and in addition to assisting the partners with their work, over time you will be looking after your own caseload of conveyancing transactions. This role would suit an LPC Graduate / paralegal with a genuine interest in residential property and is looking to progress their career in a London law firm.
It is essential that you are a very strong communicator with excellent academics and a dynamic, proactive attitude. Fantastic opportunity to gain interesting experience in a top firm with an eclectic clientele.
