Our client, a leading boutique law firm, requires a dynamic receptionist to take on a varied front of house position. It is essential that you have previous receptionist experience in a corporate environment to be considered.

Expected duties include:

  • Liaising with suppliers and managing relationships with both current and potential suppliers.
  • Answering the phones.
  • Greeting clients and visitors / performing front of house duties.
  • Diary management / meeting rooms.
  • Organising post / recording deliveries / arranging couriers.
  • Providing general administrative support to the operations team.
  • Ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Setting up new client files.

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are imperative. Strong IT skills and a positive can-do attitude are also needed.
