Prestigious, boutique law firm based in North London are looking for an experienced private client paralegal to join their leading, award-winning team. The team deals with an array of clients, both in the UK and abroad, with a wide range of trust, wills, probate, tax and estate planning work. There will be extensive client interaction from day one and so you must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with the firm's high profile client base. The role will initially be offered on a 6 month contract but there is a strong possibility it will run for longer.
A selection of duties will include:
- Drafting wills
- Putting together court bundles for contentious matters
- Drafting Lasting Power of Attorney documents and probate applications
- Court of Protection work
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with Counsel and the Courts
It is essential that you have experience in a private client team (a minimum of 6 months) as a paralegal and have exceptional organisational, client and communication skills. You must also be proactive in your work. An exceptional environment and plenty of scope for personal development in a very well-established and influential team.
