Our client, an international law firm, are looking for a confident, driven and capable PA to support the Managing Partner of their London office. This is a fast paced environment and so it is essential that you have excellent time management and organisational skills.
A small selection of duties include:
- Extensive diary management and travel organisation to include booking flights, hotels, visas, organising meetings often over several time zones etc.
- Preparing presentations using PowerPoint
- Liaising with clients across multiple time zones
- Event management both internally and externally for clients and staff
- Organising conferences
- Dealing with expenses.
It is essential that you have experience as a PA / EA from another professional services / corporate environment (this doesn’t have to be legal), and are a confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and other staff professionally. An interesting and busy role for an ambitious, driven PA, who is looking to take on more responsibility.
