Our client requires the assistance of a clerk / administrator to provide a mixture of administration and facilities duties. It is imperative that you have previous experience working in a law firm and have strong IT skills to be able to perform the role.

Expected duties include:

  • Sorting post
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Scanning and archiving documents
  • Updating databases
  • Moving equipment
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Changing lightbulbs

The ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. The firm is highly regarded and it would be an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to settle into a vital support role for the long-term.
