Location: Central London / Remote Working (Hybrid)
Prestigious London law firm with a strong reputation for their property work are looking for an assistant / administrator to join their leading residential property team and deal with Post Completion work. You will be covering all aspects of post-completion processes for the residential team.
Duties will include:
- Preparing and filing SDLT forms
- MR01 registration with Companies House
- Registrations via the Land Registry portal
- Preparing and serving Notices on completion
- Placing Indemnities on risk
- Being pro-active chasing other party’s solicitors and/or dealing with Land Registry’s requisition(s)
- Scheduling deeds and documents to lenders and clients
It is essential that you have experience in post-completion work, have completed (or are currently undertaking) the LPC and have experience in working with a high-volume caseload. Progression available for the right candidate as although it will be strictly administrative to start with, the firm will look to progress the successful candidate into a full paralegal role in time.
