Are you an organised, proactive and detail-driven PA looking to take your career to the next level? An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a professional and ambitious Personal Assistant to support a senior stakeholder at the very top of the business. No legal experience required – what matters is your proven PA/secretarial background (minimum 12 months in corporate or professional services), a passion for organisation, and the confidence to work with senior-level professionals. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a trusted right-hand to the partner, ensuring their schedules run seamlessly, their meetings are organised, and their travel and events are managed.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries with precision
- Anticipating partners’ needs to ensure they are fully prepared for every meeting, conference, or event
- Producing, formatting and amending key documents and correspondence
- Managing travel logistics – flights, hotels, transfers, visas, itineraries
- Organising high-level events, seminars, client dinners and team functions
- Proofreading important documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Tracking and processing expenses
