Leading, boutique law firm are looking for an experienced employment paralegal to work directly alongside a leading Partner, who represents both employers and employees with a wide variety of employment work including: employment contracts and policies, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, constructive dismissal, contract disputes, and whistleblowing.
You will be assisting with a variety of tasks including:
- document management
- legal research
- drafting legal documents including briefs, appeals, agreements
- preparing bundles/documents for meetings and court
- other general paralegal assistance as required
You will be assisting a small team of leading employment lawyers. They are interested in seeing both law graduates with exceptional academics and a couple of months employment paralegal experience, or experienced employment paralegals with the ability to hit the ground running and work independently. The successful paralegal will have confident client skills as there will be extensive client contact and relationship building.
