The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
Our client, a successful medium sized commercial law firm, require a legal secretary for a 9 month maternity contract. They are not overly concerned what area of law you have experience in so long as you have at least 12 month's experience as a legal secretary and you are able to commit for the duration of the contract.
Expected duties include:
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing monthly bills
- Creating and editing documents
- Arranging meetings β internal and external
- Arranging conference calls
- Travel management and organisation
Training on their systems will be provided but it is imperative you have excellent IT skills. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background who is interested in branching out and gaining experience in corporate / commercial work.
