London based law firm are looking for an experienced conveyancing lawyer with circa 5 years PQE to join their legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a wide range of property matters and ensuring seamless execution of transactions. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department
- Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PQE with a strong background in property law (residential and/or commercial)
- Proven experience handling a high-volume caseload
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional environment
