Our client, a well renowned US law firm, requires a legal secretary to provide secretary and admin support for a team of litigation lawyers. A minimum of a year’s experience as a legal secretary is required however they are not concerned about which area of law you have worked in.

• Diary management – organising meetings, appointments, logging fee earner time.
• Client liaison – taking messages, dealing with enquires.
• Digital dictation, typing documents and correspondence.
• Organising all travel including visas, currency, hotel bookings etc.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent secretary and IT skills looking to progress into a large London law firm. Fantastic working environment with offices close to Liverpool Street station. Excellent benefits and the opportunity for hybrid working is available.
