Job Title: Legal Secretary / PA

Salary: Up to £50,000

Our client, a boutique law firm with an international clientele, requires a legal secretary to support their managing partner. A minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a secretary or PA in another law firm is essential in order to be considered.

Expected duties include:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Organising travel arrangements; flights, itineraries, visas etc.
  • Marketing and business development projects.
  • Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients
  • Gatekeeping and becoming the point of contact for the Partner.
  • Billing (if prior experience).

Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills will be required. The firm really value candidates who are team players, flexible, and proactive. The role would suit a legal secretary who is looking to take on more PA duties. Some remote working will be available.
