Overview

Job Title: Legal PA – 1:1
Salary: up to Β£50,000
Location: Central London

Our client, a reputable boutique law firm, is seeking a positive and proactive PA to support the managing partner of the firm. This is a 1:1 role – there will be some need for the successful person to assist with wider projects in the general business (BD, marketing etc.), but assisting the managing partner will be the primary focus. A minimum of 18 months’ experience working as a legal PA / legal secretary in another law firm is essential.

Expected duties include:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Organising travel arrangements; flights, itineraries, visas etc.
  • Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients
  • Gatekeeping and becoming the point of contact for the Partner.
  • Ad-hoc assistance with BD and marketing projects.
  • Billing (if prior experience).

Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills will be required. The firm really value candidates who are team players, flexible, and willing to get involved with projects elsewhere in the business. A positive and proactive manner are also essential. The role will suit someone who is seeking a senior PA role but would relish taking on more varied responsibilities within the firm.

If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
