Responsibilities
- Expanding City law firm are looking for a legal cashier to assist with all aspects of day to day cashiering and accounts functions.
- Expected duties include checking incoming office / client receipts and transfers – check online banking system regularly throughout the day for updated activity, maintain all client account transactions in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts rules and dealing with queries relating to client accounts, bank reconciliations, billing and purchase ledger updates, petty cash – reconciling on a weekly basis, checking all slips are signed appropriately with supporting documentation, invoices etc.
Qualifications
- It is essential you have a grounding in legal accounts, at the very least a few month’s experience working in a law firm.
- This would be an ideal opportunity for someone working in legal accounts in a law firm outside of London who is looking for a new opportunity in the city.
- Hybrid working opportunities after completed probation period.
