Leading, high profile law firm (circa 50 lawyers + support staff) are looking for a COO to join the management team and take on a full operational position with input on strategy. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for HR, marketing, and finance, overseeing the HR manager, marketing manager, and finance manager, as well as chairing management and partner meetings. This is a new role for the firm with the general aim to lower the administrative burden on the partners.
It is essential that you have a background in law firm management with extensive experience as a practice director / director of administration / COO from another leading law firm.
