Clerk / Administrator Position
Our client requires the assistance of a clerk / administrator to provide a mixture of administration and facilities duties. It is imperative that you have previous experience working in a law firm and have strong IT skills to perform the role.
Expected duties include:
- Sorting post
- Preparing court bundles
- Scanning and archiving documents
- Updating databases
- Moving equipment
- Liaising with suppliers
- Changing lightbulbs
The ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong customer service skills, and a positive attitude. The firm is highly regarded, and it would be an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to settle into a vital support role for the long-term.
