Our client, an established US law firm, requires a confident and experienced legal cashier to join their accounts team. It is imperative you have accumulated experience within legal accounts (another US law firm would be ideal but not essential) and can demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Elite accounting software; the latter is essential. You will primarily be responsible for all accounts payable functions however there will be broader duties as and when required; a team mentality is required.
Duties include:
- Accounts Payable.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Producing monthly reports.
- Ad hoc projects.
Up to date knowledge of SAR rules are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity either for someone wanting to work within a US law firm. Excellent benefits, very friendly team and opportunities for hybrid working are available.
