Prestigious City law firm are looking for a legal cashier to support the finance team and assist with a variety of accounts functions. Expected duties include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger updates
  • Incoming office/client receipts and transfers
  • Maintain all account transactions in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts rules
  • Petty cash – reconciling on a weekly basis
  • Checking all slips are signed appropriately with supporting documentation
  • Bill processing

It is essential that you have a background as a legal cashier/legal accounts assistant and have a good understanding of SRA procedures and HMRC regulations. Ideal opportunity to join a successful practice with an excellent reputation in London.
