Established, highly respected law firm are looking for a law graduate / litigation paralegal to join their market leading litigation team. They are happy to see law / LPC graduates looking for their first paralegal role and will provide full training on all aspects of litigation and corporate recovery case management. A small selection of duties will include:
- Opening and closing files
- Issuing court proceedings and enforcements
- Drafting legal documents
- Reviewing evidence
- Liaising with Counsel
- Regular client contact / providing updates and reports
Responsibilities
It is essential that you have a law degree / GDL and although the LPC would be beneficial, it is not essential. They do need strong academics and first class communication skills as well as a proactive manner.
