You will be expected to provide legal assistance and advice to a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds and the successful paralegal will be dealing with work permits, advising global businesses on sponsorship, spousal applications and entrepreneur cases as well as dealing with court system of appeals and judicial review.Ideally, our client are looking for a candidate with some immigration experience – this could be either gained through employment, work experience or an internship, as long as you have been exposed to some immigration law. Excellent communication skills are essential as this is a client facing role as well as very strong academics and the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines and competing priorities.
