Leading UK law firm are looking for an HR administrator to work closely with the Head of HR to achieve the smooth running of the HR function, build relationships with all staff, and provide strong service levels to the business, ad hoc and cyclical projects. Much of the role will centre on the operational aspects of HR and will encompass the full range of HR activities.
A selection of duties will include:
- Onboarding and offboarding processes: preparing offer documentation, communication with the new hire to complete all the pre‑employment checks, working with the hiring manager and other support teams to prepare for arrival.
- Providing information on all HR matters such as benefit changes, leave requests, guidance on maternity provision, signposting to various handbooks, policies and documents.
- Payroll support.
- Benefits Administration.
- Working closely with the Head of HR and the Trainee Principals in the delivery of the annual graduate recruitment process.
- HR data management.
- EDI and wellbeing support.
This is an administrative role in a small HR team for a top UK law firm; it is essential that you have exceptional communication skills and razor sharp attention to detail.
