Location: Central London

A highly successful Central London law firm, currently undergoing a period of rapid expansion, is looking to appoint an experienced HR & Operations Manager to help run and expand the firm. A background in law as an HR manager is essential.

The role will include all aspects of HR including:

  • Recruitment (devising job specifications, instructing consultancies, interviewing, selection and making offers, and all aspects of contract compliance and paperwork)
  • Training, learning and development
  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Employee relations
  • HR policy creation and review
  • Mental health and onboarding

The role will also include working alongside the finance, IT, and compliance managers in the day-to-day running of the firm and taking ownership of general office management including dealing with suppliers, landlords, and ad hoc facilities issues.

Salary is entirely negotiable dependent on experience, and they may consider part-time.
