If you would like to submit your CV on a general basis, please follow the link below:Leading set of barristers' chambers are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide high quality operational and strategic support and advice across the organisation; together with supporting the implementation of the People Strategy aligned to business objectives.This is a new role, but a selection of duties include:People business partnering support, advice and guidanceTalent acquisition, talent management and career developmentEquality, diversity inclusion and well beingSupporting and coaching to facilitate effective people and performance managementFacilitating implementation of people strategy and managing projectsAdministration of employee lifecycle processes ranging from the new starter process - issuing contractual documentation; undertaking pre-employment, and Safeguarding checks; facilitating Health & Safety inductions etc.; and processing leaversCollating annual reviewsAdvising on employee relations cases, e.g., monitoring absence, capability, and performance; disciplinary and grievances; etc. whilst assessing emerging or ongoing issues such as adverse references and checks.It is essential that you are CIPD qualified and have strong generalist HR Business Partner experience, ideally in the legal sector (chambers or law firm) but they may also consider an HR professional coming from a corporate / professional services background.
