Our client requires a proactive and enthusiastic residential property legal secretary to provide secretarial support on primarily a 1:1 basis. This position requires someone who has a strong understanding of all of the relevant property searches and procedures and is happy to deal with client enquiries.
A selection of responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Document management
- Land Registry searches
- Handling and dealing with correspondence
- Opening new files
It is essential that you have at least one year’s experience as a residential property legal secretary and a good knowledge of Land Registry procedures and searches, excellent time management and organisational skills as well as being a confident communicator.
