Boutique London law firm, based close to London Victoria, are looking for a graduate PA who is looking for a long-term career in office management, legal operations etc. The firm require a dynamic PA who is proactive, ambitious with exceptional client skills. You must have excellent organisational skills as this is a busy role and you will have an array of different duties related to the administration and running of the firm. Flexibility is also essential as every day will be different.

A selection of duties will include:

  • Liaising with contractors (IT, accounts etc.) and suppliers.
  • Performing conflict of interest and AML searches.
  • Ensuring terms of business are signed and returned.
  • HR support – recruitment, logging holidays, liaising with employees etc.
  • Diary management.
  • Ad hoc marketing projects.

Ideally, the firm would like a graduate PA who has experience as either an administrator, PA secretary and is now looking to take on some office management duties as well. The successful PA will be hardworking and motivated and there are genuine long term prospects for the right candidate. This is an ideal position for a candidate looking to really make a role their own and as the firm is undergoing a period of expansion, the role and expected duties will grow over time.
