Job Description A boutique law firm is seeking a graduate-calibre secretary to join their dynamic corporate law team and provide support to the department heads. Some secretarial experience in corporate or commercial law would be an advantage but is not essential.Responsibilities will include:Complex calendar and diary management.Composing and preparing correspondence.Amending, proof reading, and editing complex documents, reports, and presentations.Completing expense reports.Billing and preparing invoices.Assisting with business development projects and functions.The successful candidate must be positive, proactive, and a strong team player. It is also essential that you are a confident communicator with good client skills.
