Our client, a prominent US law firm, is seeking an experienced funds paralegal to provide integral support to associates and partners.
It is essential that you have at least 12 months’ experience as a corporate paralegal with some funds work (ideally from a top US or international law firm), strong academics, and a very positive, proactive approach to work as well as drive and initiative. Strong client skills will also be needed.
Expected duties include:
- Opening files
- Arranging fund closings
- Managing filings with FCA, Companies House etc.
- Drafting documents
- Preparing bibles
- And more.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience in funds work and the firm has a culture of training and developing their employees. Salary is completely negotiable based on experience.
