Role details

  • Prestigious, international law firm is looking for a bilingual French-speaking legal PA to assist a senior partner.
  • Responsibilities include extensive travel management (visa arrangements, hotel bookings, taxis, trains, etc.), diary management, typing reports, liaising with and developing relationships with clients in the UK, Europe and the US, dictation, file openings, billing, and amending/producing documents.

Requirements and qualities

  • Completely fluent in both French and English.
  • Adaptive, able to think on your feet, and willing to also assist a small team of senior lawyers as needed.
  • Legal experience is an advantage; candidates from a corporate / professional services background will be considered.

Very friendly team and beautiful offices in the heart of the City, close to Liverpool Street station.
