The work will be varied but you should be able to produce court documents, bundles and statements with minimal supervision as well as being able to assist in the financial disclosure process. In addition, you will also be required to assist in administrative duties, legal research, debt recovery, court clerking and note taking at client meetings and court hearings.They have an established and highly respected reputation in high value divorce and family work and require someone with at least six months\’ experience in family law, exceptional client, communication and IT skills and a decent understanding of procedures. You must also have a very strong academic background.
