Our client, a leading Trade Union, is looking for an experienced Employment Advisor to take over the management of their telephone advisory service and deliver an excellent service to members.

A large part of this role will be to mentor and supervise other advisors; therefore, a positive attitude and good motivational skills are key requirements.

A solid background and current knowledge in Employment law and some management experience are essential, along with empathy for the members and a desire to improve the quality and delivery of the service.

A genuine passion for employment law and an interest in technology to improve the services the Union offers is also essential.
