Job Title: Document Production Specialist
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Hours: 11.00am-7.30pm
A growing US law firm are looking for a lead document production executive to be the start of a new DP offering here in the London office. It is essential that you have hands on experience of document production work in an international legal environment, and some experience of leading or coordinating others would be a big advantage. The role will be to provide expertise across the firm in all aspects of document production:
- Produce accurate, high quality work;
- Create and revise complex legal documents, adhering to Firm formatting guidelines and departmental best practices;
- Successfully troubleshoot problematic documents and provide expert technical advice when needed;
- Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance service levels and implement necessary changes when required;
- Analyze and document problems; find the best way to complete work and communicate solutions to others;
- Evaluate new software and tools;
- Test new procedures and software before implementation; provide feedback to IT;
- Keep Document Processing Manager informed of work status;
- Communicate effectively within the team to ensure clients, lawyers and staff are kept aware of work progress as appropriate;
- Provide assistance to secretaries and lawyers for software problems as required;
- Illustrate adaptability and flexibility as and when the team’s/Firm’s service evolves;
- Attend monthly department meetings and all mandatory training;
- Learn and effectively implement new software as required;
The firm are offering an exceptional package including a salary of circa £70,000 neg and in addition the firm offers extensive benefits and allowances.
