Leading London law firm is looking for a paralegal with some experience in corporate/commercial work to join their expanding team. You must have exceptional academics (minimum of a 2.1 from a leading university), and there is a strong possibility this role will lead to a training contract.

The role will involve assisting Partners and Senior Associates on a wide variety of corporate transactional, predominantly M&A work for both UK and international clients. This is an exceptional environment and a fantastic opportunity in a dynamic and progressive law firm to gain quality experience for the successful paralegal.

It is essential that you have some experience as a corporate/commercial paralegal (this doesn’t have to be extensive and could even be gained during work experience) and possess confident communication skills along with excellent academics. You must also have either completed the LPC or will complete the LPC in the next few months.

The firm offers a collegiate, team-oriented environment with a good work-life balance. There is a strong possibility this role will lead to a training contract, as the firm often takes their trainees from their paralegals.
