An exciting new opportunity for an experienced corporate / commercial associate has arisen to join a London based legal 500, boutique law firm. The firm has an impressive list of clients, both UK based and internationally, and works with both start-ups and established businesses in a variety of sectors including finance, technology, luxury, hotel, media, retail, and real estate.

You will be providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions and ideally the client is looking for an experienced solicitor with a background in M.
