Our client, a leading American law firm, is looking for an experienced corporate/banking paralegal to join their thriving London team and assist with a wide range of complex transactions.
Duties will include:
- Reviewing and drafting a variety of transaction/corporate documents and agreements
- Preparing and filing corporate documents
- Ensuring deal conditions precedent and execution documents are completed
- Assisting with closing and post-closing
- Drafting of trade and ancillary documentation
- Assisting with billing
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions
You will be working closely with various international offices, and so confident communication skills are essential - the global team often works together on deals. It is also essential that you have at least 12 months’ experience as a paralegal in either general corporate or banking and finance work, for either another American or leading international law firm.
A positive and proactive attitude, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a good understanding of corporate documents is a must. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to take on a role with real responsibility in an international environment in a top firm renowned for its capital markets and corporate work.
