Our client, a leading American law firm, seeks an experienced corporate/banking paralegal to join their London team and assist with complex transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and drafting transaction/corporate documents and agreements
- Preparing and filing corporate documents
- Ensuring deal conditions precedent and execution documents are completed
- Assisting with closing and post-closing
- Drafting trade and ancillary documentation
- Assisting with billing
- Assisting with day-to-day transaction management
You will work closely with international offices, requiring confident communication skills. At least 12 months’ experience as a paralegal in corporate or banking/finance work is essential. A positive attitude, high accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of corporate documents are required. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to take on a responsible role in an international environment.
