The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Well-established London law firm are looking for a residential property paralegal to join their team and deliver a high-quality service and care to the firm’s established client base. You will be running your own caseload and dealing with both sales and purchases of properties as well as acting for both landlord and tenants in respect of residential lease extensions.

Duties include:

  • Drafting reports on title
  • Completing SDLT returns
  • Completing and submitting Land Registry forms
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Managing your own caseload
  • Scheduling of deeds to mortgage lenders
  • Drafting agreements, deeds and contracts
  • Reviewing and reporting on title

It is essential that you have at least 6 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal and excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and be client focussed. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the UK residential property market and so exceptional communication and client skills are also essential as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative. You must also be able to conduct searches with minimal supervision. Experience dealing with new builds would be advantageous.
