Job Title: Clinical Negligence Legal Executive
Location: Remote / hybrid working option
Responsibilities/Experience
Fantastic opportunity for a legal executive with 1-3 years’ PQE to join a leading firm based in St Albans to take on and handle between 50-200 claimant-based cases. The firm’s office is based in St Albans but this role will have a fully remote working option.
Requirements
- It is essential that you have experience dealing with clinical negligence cases although they may consider candidates with a personal injury background with some exposure to clinical negligence cases.
- The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be capable of dealing with the technical points regarding claims.
