Well-established London law firm are looking for a residential property paralegal to join their team and deliver a high-quality service and care to the firm’s established client base. You will be running your own caseload of plots sales as well as dealing with both sales and purchases of properties as well as acting for both landlord and tenants in respect of residential lease extensions.
Duties include:
- Drafting reports on title
- Completing SDLT returns
- Completing and submitting Land Registry forms
- Dealing with enquiries
- Managing your own plots sales caseload
- Scheduling of deeds to mortgage lenders
- Drafting agreements, deeds and contracts
- Reviewing and reporting on title
It is essential that you have at least 2 years’ experience as a residential property paralegal and are able to conduct the full transaction from instruction to completion as well as experience in plot sales. In addition, you must have excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and be client focussed.
