Our client, a highly respected boutique law firm in Central London, is seeking an experienced legal PA to support a team of lawyers specialising in family law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and adaptable legal PA who enjoys variety in their role. The PAs very much work as part of a team, and they will need someone who is flexible, able to work efficiently, and has a strong eye for detail.

  • Providing PA and administrative cover to lawyers across the firm as required.
  • Drafting, formatting and proofing legal correspondence and documents.
  • Coordinating complex diaries, meetings, travel and court commitments.
  • Assisting with billing preparation.
  • Supporting new matter set-up, compliance checks and engagement documentation.
  • Carrying out online searches, filings and case updates via relevant portals.
  • Providing occasional reception or telephone cover when required.

It is essential that you can demonstrate proven legal PA experience, strong organisational skills, and have the confidence to quickly build rapport with the team. Family law experience is not necessary but may prove to be an advantage. Experience using iManage software would also be an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of the leading family law boutiques in London, dealing with ultra-high net worth individuals and cases. Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in office) will be available after an initial probation/induction period.
