Our client, a leading property company who handle a portfolio of high-end retail boutiques, are looking for a lease administrator to join their firm and be an integral part of the management team as well as supporting the leasing team in transaction and pipeline management.

The successful candidate will act as a link between the legal teams and clients to coordinate lease extensions and renewals. There will be extensive client contact in this role and so exceptional client and communication skills are essential.

  • Deal Manager – tracking transaction progress, project managing deal delivery.
  • Review timeline of deal progress and provide support to leasing team in keeping pipeline relevant and accurate.
  • Support leasing team with chasing agents for progress on Leads/Prospects.
  • Manage approval process and audit trail for deals.
  • Attend leasing meetings for all assets.
  • Attend weekly legal calls and assist with actions where required.
  • Weekly meetings with Leasing Manager/Director to review live transaction workflows.
  • Monthly meetings with Leasing/Asset to review unit availability and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain contact database.

They are looking for a candidate with a background in leasehold work, either as a commercial property paralegal or someone who has performed a similar role in another property company. In addition, you must have exceptional organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to chase and coordinate a large number of people tactfully but effectively.
