Leading private equity firm are looking for an executive assistant to assist the CEO and provide support to the Board of Directors. The CEO is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking EA with excellent relationship building skills as he needs someone he can trust and rely on.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary and calendar management, troubleshooting conflicts and ensuring the smooth running of his day to day
- Arranging and handling all logistics for Board meetings and events
- Drafting agendas and compiling presentations materials
- Assisting with confidential projects
- Completing expense reports
- Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
- Composing and preparing correspondence
- Proactively anticipating CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. and taking action to ensure they are properly prepared at all times
- Managing the CEO’s ‘To-Do List, acting as the main connection between the CEO and those that require his attention / time
- Help manage the office budget to include reviewing all current suppliers
Qualifications:
It is essential that you have significant experience supporting high profile partners / executives / board members from another professional services / blue chip organisation, have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding the CEO's priorities and time.
