Private equity firm are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to work in their in-house legal team and assist with a variety of corporate transactions. This is a new role for the firm, and they are looking at delegating as much responsibility as the successful paralegal is able to handle.

It is essential that you have at least 12 months’ experience as a corporate paralegal from a top US or international law firm, strong academics, and a very positive, proactive approach to work as well as drive and initiative. You should be comfortable handling complex matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, ambitious corporate paralegal who is looking to move in-house.
