Established, well-known commercial London practice are looking for an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to join their property team. The commercial property team deal with the full range of transactions including sales and purchases, property finance, development and asset management.
You must have previous experience acting for borrowers in refinancing, sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and asset management. You must have excellent technical knowledge as well as a proven ability in business development.
