An established US law firm is looking to hire an experienced legal PA to provide dedicated, one-to-one support to a Senior Partner. This position has been created as part of the firm’s continued growth in London and offers a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with a key senior stakeholder in a leading firm.   • Coordinating domestic and international travel, often across different time zones
  • Organising meetings, conference calls, and all associated logistics
  • Assisting the US based BD team with various BD projects and events
  • Overseeing a complex schedule and extensive diary management
  • Managing arrangements for client-facing events
  • Ad hoc assistance with office management duties to provide support with the running of the London office

Candidate profile:

  • Proven background supporting senior stakeholders in a Legal PA or EA capacity, ideally within a City or US law firm. Although they would prefer a background in corporate law, they are also open to other areas of law as well.
  • A positive, forward thinking, and proactive attitude
  • Confident communicator and a collaborative approach to work
