This is a highly varied role which contributes to many facets of the Generics Sourcing Team.
Key accountabilities are as follows:.
- Accountabilities
- Collate output from the tender platforms and ensure fit with our current pricing processes
- Tracking and chasing individual supplier responses
- Separate pricing queries and challenges sent to each and managing the responses
- Building RFPs in the Monthly Tender platform
- Maintaining supplier data base within bidding platform
- Update and maintain master pricing file
- Monthly pricing system checks General Administration
- Collation and distribution of all data required by the Finance Team to enable the compilation of performancereports
- Distribution of Legal and Quality related documents to Own Label suppliers and expediting their completionand return.
- Ensure Pricing and Forecasting spreadsheets are completed by the Buyers and uploaded onto the sharedsystems in accordance with pre-determined timelines
- Management of the Own Label forecasting spreadsheet to monitor performance against pre-determinedtargets.
- Supplier liaison in relation to product information gathering and pricing challenges.
- Daily receipt reports
- Monitor teams group email inbox.
