To lead a Regional Account Manager field team with full P&L responsibility covering the South of the country. Responsible for delivering Sales, GP, Volume Budgets along with tactical activity and proposition selling to large pharmacy groups of >6 pharmacies owner operated. Building strong customer relationships and having good internal stakeholder contacts. The role will influence and help shape the strategic direction of the channel, sales tactics and plans to deliver utilising themselves and their team. This is a lead by example position with a coaching for performance approach developing the team to be high quality Account Managers.
Accountabilities
- Deliver agreed Sales Volume GP budgets & tactical activity through a customer facing sales team.
- Coaching, developing and managing a field based team to deliver agreed targets objectives and initiatives.
- To be the pivotal escalation point for all major groups in given territory.
- To be directly involved in driving business and shaping strategy and tactical activity.
- To work closely with the Head of Sales to define our customer value proposition and new routes/propositions to market to create competitive advantage and value for customers and AAH.
- To lead by example the ICARE values and ILEAD management behaviours.
- Develop & coach a team to deliver commercially and compelling solutions that positively drive business and strengthen customer relationships, delivering value for AAH and customers.
- Look for new sales and GP growth opportunities.
