The role: As Quality Team Member you will report directly to management to ensure the manufacturing site is audit ready at all times and aid in maintaining a seamless auditing programme to ensure the highest standard of food safety is met.
- Maintain SOPs for all factory processes
- Record and monitor relevant KPIs
- Create and update product specifications
- Ensure Manufacturing Processes and Food Safety Quality Standards are adhered to
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained at the highest level
- Monitor Factory Production
Essential:
- Excellent Organisation Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Previous experience working within FMCG company
- Excellent knowledge in both the BRC standard and HACCP
- Practical experience of the audit for BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8
- Third level qualification in Food Safety / Technology
