We currently have a vacancy for a Quality Team Member.

Permanent - Full-time

Starting Salary: £37k (excluding bonuses)

The role:

  • As Quality Team Member you will report directly to management to ensure the manufacturing site is audit ready at all times and aid in maintaining a seamless auditing programme to ensure the highest standard of food safety is met.
  • Maintain SOPs for all factory processes.
  • Record and monitor relevant KPIs.
  • Create and update product specifications.
  • Ensure Manufacturing Processes and Food Safety Quality Standards are adhered to.
  • Ensure hygiene standards are maintained at the highest level.
  • Monitor Factory Production.

Essential:

  • Excellent Organisation Skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills.
  • Excellent IT Skills.
  • Previous experience working within FMCG company.
  • Excellent knowledge in both the BRC standard and HACCP.
  • Practical experience of the audit for BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8.
  • Third level qualification in Food Safety / Technology.
