Recycling Operative

Job Description:

McKenzies LTD are a leading recycler of metals in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to grow within a fast-paced recycling & manufacturing environment. Our company is known for our dedication to safety, quality, transparency and customer service.

Duties Include:

• sorting of metals
• processing of metals
• working on picking line
• general housekeeping
• follow company health, safety & environmental rules
• training of plant for future internal growth

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment with others.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic safety checks such as first aid or fire prevention tests or procedures in accordance with established procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
