Our Montclaire home is located in Brighton and is a unique, elegant, aged care residence within an outstanding heritage listed building where residents relax and enjoy the quaint, peaceful garden courtyards and a variety of intimate sitting areas.
About the Opportunity
We have a number of shifts available for perm part time and casual carers.
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home\’s residents.
- Provide care in line with resident\’s individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents
About You
To be successful, you\’ll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.
